Frequently Asked Questions
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, there is a $100 deposit required. Any damage to the tables or chairs will result in the renter being charged the deposit. Failure to return the table or chairs within 3 days will result in late fees stopping and the deposit being charged.
What is the Return Policy?
All rented equipment must all be returned by 10am on the return day. There will be a $20 late fee for each full hour the items are returned late. All tables and chairs must be returned cleaned. Early return does not provide any credit towards total rental charge.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
48-hour cancellation notice must be given in order to receive a refund.
